All Australian orders get dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne. We fulfill orders every morning so your order will be on it's way in the afternoon. Delivery times can vary across the country, but we aim to deliver in 2-5 business days.
You may return any items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).

Great way to try your products.
Not sure about handitowels ...? ease of use then washing. Often use paper towels to wipe out frypans when they have left over grease or drain bacon etc Seems too dirty to use these towels & when washed seem still dirty.
And still like convenience of roll of towels, whereas can't do this with washed towels.
Liked using other products in pack.

I love the dish cloths; they are great for absorption and easy to wash and re-use.
Haven't used the scrubber yet but it looks and feels like it will do a good job.
The towels are very strong, and I have used them for multiple purpaces and then just thrown them in the washing machine.
