All Australian orders get dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne. We fulfill orders every morning so your order will be on it's way in the afternoon. Delivery times can vary across the country, but we aim to deliver in 2-5 business days.
You may return any items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).

We'll send you a return label via email and also notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Recommended: In the washing machine (no fabric softener) with warm to hot water. Bacteria killing: research recommends to wet it and put it in the microwave for 90 seconds. Avoid tumble-drying if possible. No ironing. Your reusable bamboo towels can also be washed in the top of the dishwasher on a full cycle. |
