Our Eco Scrubs are softer than the scouring pads you're probably used to, which is because the Loofah plant is naturally a lovely gentle scrubber. This is great because  it means you can use it on any of your non-stick pots and pans, as well as on taps, handles and shower doors - anywhere you'd normally be worried about scratches.

This does mean it can be hard to use to tackle baked on grease and grime, it can take a lot of elbow grease! We recommend you get in the habit of soaking before scrubbing, and that you use our Eco Scrub as your first line of defense, but you keep your steel wool in reserve for the really tough jobs!

We've heard that some people find our Eco Scrubs a bit too bulky, and they wish they could get them separately. Here's the thing though, our scrubs are stitched not glued. This is because we couldn't find a natural glue that would hold up to the rigours of daily use, and we weren't going to use a toxic synthetic concoction.

This means that it's actually easy to seperate the sponge and the loofah if you want to, simple get a sharp knife and unpick the stitching. Voila! You've got a seperate Eco Sponge and Loofah, all for the price of one.

Stine: I've actually found the Eco Scrub to be more useful in the bathroom than I ever thought possible! With 3 boys who all love sports I have to deal with a fair bit of mud after school and on the weekends. I send the boys into the bath with an eco scrub and they come out clean as a whistle every time! I then go in when they're done and give the bath a quick scrub to remove the mud & soap residue. It's amazing how quick and effective this is, clean boys (with lovely exfoliated skin - not that they care) and a clean bath!

Kristy: The eco scrub is my favourite tool for cleaning fruit and veges. Works great for veges like carrots and potatoes & is good for all fruits. I used to use a plastic scourer for this but then I found out that this is literally like sprinkling microplastics on your food like a seasoning - no thank you!
