Your order will be sent out from our warehouse in Tauranga.

We try to pack orders every morning so your order will usually be sent out the following afternoon. Please allow 2-3 business days for North Island Delivery and 3-5 business days in the South Island.

What if I'm not satisfied with how it cleans?

If you're not happy with your purchase in the first 30 days we'll take it back and refund you, no questions asked.

We'll even pay the return shipping costs, that's how sure we are you're going to love it!

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of your package being picked up to the return courier, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll send you a return label via email and also notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

    Awesome product

    Love the cleaning products, love everything about them. The glass bottles with the detail of the silicon base - feels secure on wet benches, and no clanging against hard surfaces. The cleaning solutions work really well with no irritation to my eyes, sinuses etc. so easy to make up the solution. Can't believe I hadn't bought these earlier!

    I had the dish cloths before and am happy with them and the kitchen towels. Jury's out on the cleaning products as don't cut through grease that well, but I'm still testing them. Like the design of the brush but jury's out on the 'loofah' scrubber. Good for the shower is my first observation.
