Returns Policy

You may return any items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll send you a return label via email and also notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We ship for FREE for all orders over $50.

Our shipping pricing is fixed across the country, so it's affordable and easy. Rural deliveries do experience a higher price

All New Zealand orders get despatched from our warehouse in Tauranga. We fulfill orders every morning so your order will be on it's way in the afternoon. Delivery times can vary depending on our courier but we aim to deliver to the North Island in 2-3 days and South Island in 3-4 days.
All Australian orders get dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne. We fulfill orders every morning so your order will be on it's way in the afternoon. Delivery times can vary across the country, but we aim to deliver in 2-5 business days.
