The Pack contains 2 of our Award-winning, Super Absorbent, Bacteria-Busting Coloured Cloths.

Materials: Made from 70% sustainably forested wood pulp, 30% cotton. GOTS certified. Home Compostable

Washing Instructions: We recommend washing these in the top of the dishwasher on a full cycle. You can also use the washing machine (no fabric softener) with warm to hot water. To kill all Bacteria: research recommends wetting the cloth and put it in the microwave for 90 seconds. Avoid tumble-drying. No ironing.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of your package being picked up to the return courier, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).

FAQs

Why are your cloths hard? They feel like cardboard!

Our Eco Cloths need to be wet to activate them before use, then they're extremely soft and malleable!


The fact they harden is a good thing, because it means they’re fully drying out which stops bacteria from growing. This is why they don't smell!

How do I wash and store Coloured Eco Cloths once I've used them?

We recommend washing these in the top of the dishwasher on a full cycle. You can also use the washing machine (no fabric softener) with warm to hot water. To kill all the Bacteria: Research recommends wetting the cloth and put it in the microwave for 90 seconds. Avoid tumble-drying. No ironing.


In terms of storage we try to dry them flat, either peg them on a line or lie them flat on your cloths horse, that way they'll dry hard flat and will easily sit in your drawer or under the sink until you next need it!

Can I use these Eco Cloths for cleaning Glass?

Yes these Eco cloths are lint & streak free! This means they're great for glass, shiny surfaces, stainless steel, induction hubs and Cars. Kristy's method is to use two cloths, one wet for the cleaning and then another one that's dry to buff the mirror/window afterwards. If you've got big windows (or big hands!) we recommend our Large Eco Cloths for the big jobs.

Does the size and texture change after washing?

Yes you can definitely expect the Eco Cloths to change a bit as you use them. These Eco Cloths are all natural and as a result they start breaking down slowly from the moment you start using them. This is a good thing, it means they'll biodegrade quickly, which reduces your footprint!


Expect them to shrink a little and start to appear thinner than they were initially. Despite this they are still extremely absorbent. You might be use to a thick flannel or microfibre cloth but it's just unnecessary!

My Cloth is getting slimy, help!

There are a couple of things that can cause this. First, wash regularly! Get into the habit of putting your eco cloth through the dishwasher every time you put it on, and then we recommend a machine wash every couple of weeks to keep it looking good.


If your Cloth is still a bit slimy after the wash it could be because there's detergent building up, trying giving it a good rinse before drying.

What's your favourite alternative use for the Eco Cloths?

Kristy: I use them as travel cloths as I'm on the road a lot making sure our products are in a store near you! Because they dry so quickly they're ideal to keep in my carry bag for whenever I need a cloth!


Stine: Ok, this is kind-of similar to Kristy's but I actually use them as make-up remover. Cut them into 4 squares and wet them and they're great for eye makeup, also great for wiping kids faces after dinner!

    Black eco cloths

    These are great. They last and don’t show stains. Easy to put in the dishwasher to clean or washing machine. I microwave for 30 seconds in between washes to kill bacteria. At the end of their life I put mine into my compost or if it’s full into the curb side collection for composting.
