You may return any items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll send you a return label via email and also notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

All New Zealand orders get despatched from our warehouse in Tauranga.

Shipping in New Zealand is $5 for urban & $10 for rural delivery unless your order total hits our free shipping threshold. We fulfil orders every morning so your order will be on its way in the afternoon. Delivery times can vary depending on our courier but we aim to deliver to the North Island in 2-3 days and South Island in 3-4 days.

We have designed the bamboo rolls to fit a standard 3.5 cm wide paper towel stand.There are the occasional wider ones that don’t fit but generally most of them are spot on.

You can (particularly if they're brand new) however once they've been through the wash they can pick up lint and drop occasional fibres. We recommend using our Eco Cloths for lint and streak free glass cleaning!

Yes you can definitely expect the towels to change a bit as you use them. These Bamboo Towels are all natural and made to breakdown after use, so they do start degrading towards the end of their usable life.

Expect them to shrink a little and the towels may become a little fluffy or stiff after washing. Despite this they still work!

Yes you can! Quick not though, it's a good idea to wet them first so they don't start smoking or catch fire! They are a natural bamboo fibre after all and bamboo can burn. This also prevents them from absorbing excess moisture and drying out whatever you're warming up.

Another thing to note is that if you're using them to cover food they can absorb the smells in the food, so you may want to wash them straight after if it's a particularly strong smelling dish.

These towels are easy to wash, you can get lots of stains off if you just soak in warm water with soap or detergent and them hang it out to air dry. For really stubborn stains sometimes we'll use the Oxygen bleach from Eco-warehouse

But mostly, if it's really stained we'll just “downgrade” that wipe to use for the floor or bathroom, and cut the corner off so we know it's not for the kitchen. Lots of our customers with pets will use stained wipes to wipe off dirty paws or fur after they've been outside, or even to wipe up any pet-accidents inside the house.

Kristy likes to wash her towels in a regular wash with clothes then when they're still wet she stacks them up, one on top of another. She then puts this stack on a drying rack and they dry just as quick as the rest of the washing. This stack then goes straight in the drawer ready to reuse!

You can definitely use the bamboo for these in fact that's what we've done with our kids!

Because you're using them to clean up wee/poo we would suggest doing a hotter wash to kill any bacteria (60 degrees+). You will get a bit of shrinkage here due to the hotter cycle but this is to be expected with a natural fibre.

Also cut the corner off these cloths so you can differentiate between cloths you use in the kitchen/for food and cloths you've used for dirty jobs like this! That way you can reuse all your cloths and not get confused.
