We aim to fulfil orders every morning so your order will be on its way in the afternoon. Delivery times can vary depending on our courier but we aim to deliver in 3-5 days depending on state.

Shipping in New Zealand
FREE DELIVERY anywhere in New Zealand for orders $65 and above. For all other orders we have two rates:
Urban Delivery is $5
Rural Delivery is $10
New Zealand orders are couriered from our Warehouse in Tauranga. We ship with Aramex in New Zealand.
All orders are shipped in cardboard boxes or compostable packaging.

We don't currently offer international shipping to any other destinations.
If you're not happy with your purchase in the first 30 days we'll take it back and refund you, no questions asked!
(because we're sure you'll love it...)
If you are unhappy with your purchase or have any comments we would like to hear from you so we can make changes to how we do things!
Please return the goods in their original packaging within 30 days of purchasing and we will exchange the product with one of equal value.

You may return any items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll send you a return label via email and also notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
