Incentivise your classes with a competition
Offer prizes for the most funds raised, either for individual students or as a whole class. We're happy to support your incentives - chat to our team about how we can help!
Get creative online!
Encouraging parents/caregivers to post about the fundraiser to their online community (usually Facebook or Instagram) has proven to yield great results.

Why not approach local businesses to see if they might like to make a Good Change!

Roadside stalls, coffee shops, local markets - why not try something new?
Have a goal in mind
We find that students or classes who set a goal feel more motivated to meet their targets. You could also set a goal as a school for a total amount raised. This could go towards some specific equipment, technology upgrade or school trip!
More Details on the Fundraiser
Our fundraisers for Schools have been designed to be easy for your school to implement - with little to no admin required from your reception desk.
Each school's requirements are different - and we're here to make this process enjoyable and labour-free. We work closely with your team from start to finish.
Here is a detailed step-by-step process for our unique eco-fundraising model:
Sign Up
Complete our simple sign up form. This is not a binding contract. It's an opportunity for us to start a conversation about your fundraising goals for your school.
Initial discussion
The chance for us to make sure our fundraising programme is right for your school and to confirm some details like education goals, required resource and start dates.
Get your resource pack
After a quick check in three weeks prior to your fundraiser start date, we'll send you your resource pack. You can find details about what's included in our generic pack on this page.
If you have bespoke requirements, please speak to your Good Change representative. We're open to any and all ideas!
Start your fund raiser!
Using our pre-drafted order forms, your students can get selling. Generally speaking, fundraisers run for between 2 - 3 weeks.

Collecting payment
At the end of the fundraiser, one payment is made by each student's parent into the Good Change Fundraiser Account (details will be provided). This alleviates the pressure on your school administration to handle payments directly.
We take care of the numbers!
When all parents have submitted their payments, we complete the reconciliation and process the total amount raised direct to your school account and prepare your shipment of product.
Distribute the Goods
We'll send the product direct to your school, ready for students/parents to distribute to their happy customers :)
When we've confirmed the details of your schools fundraiser, you will receive the following information and resources from Good Change Store to support your fundraising efforts:

Can our students choose between the Eco-Cloths and the Bamboo Towel?
Unfortunately, no. The programme has been designed to be a light lift for your school, choosing to either opt for our Eco-Cloth Fundraiser OR Bamboo Towel Fundraiser enables us to stay true to the programme foundational pillars of simplicity, education, caring for the environment.
How much will my school make?
$2 from every pack of Eco-Cloths or Bamboo Towels sold will go towards your school.
How can I sell aside from door knocking?
We recommend looking at our top tips for a successful fundraiser a little further up this page. Traditionally, we understand that sharing the product flyer on Facebook or Instagram has yielded great results!
How do the order forms work?
As the student (with the support of their parent or guardian) collects orders, they record them as they go using our simple order form. It is the responsibility of the student and their guardian to collect the revenue from their orders.
The student then completes their reference details, including their Name, Room or Class Number and School Name in the labelled boxes.
Multiple order forms will be accepted from the same family if more lines are required due to an influx of orders!
